The College of Architecture prepares students for professional practice in the discipline of architecture with emphasis architectural design, history & theory, building technologies, digital technology, ethics and professional business practice, and general education.
The BS Architecture is a ladder-type curriculum in which the student earns initially a Certificate in Building Technology (CBT) title after six semesters. By completing the five-year program, the student then graduates with the bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Finishing the mandated six semesters in through BS Architecture will lead to a Certification in Building Technology that qualifies them in the various building technology proficiencies.
