Applicant for admission should pass the entrance examination administered by the admission office.
Applicant should submit the following entrance requirements:
Form138 (original Copy of Senior High School report card)
Copy of Senior High School Diploma
Certificate of good moral character issued by HS guidance counselor
NSO certified true Copy of Birth certificate
2 pcs. of 2×2 colored ID pictures (White Background )
4 pcs. of 1×1 colored ID pictures.
2. Transferee and Shifter
Prospective transferee must present the following:
Honorable Dismissal
Official Transcript of Records/ Scholastic Record
Two photocopies of Birth Certificate
Four pieces 1”x1” colored pictures with white background
Two pieces 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” colored pictures
Prospective transferee/shifter must be interviewed by the Dean; the Dean may opt not to accept the transferee/shifter.
Prospective transferee and shifter must pass the entrance examination given by the admission office.
Subjects previously completed may be credited only if the course specification and contents are similar with that of the subjects of COE.
3. Retention
All incoming 2nd year (new curriculum) or 3rd year engineering students (old curriculum) taking Board Examination-related courses such as; BSEE, BSCE and BSEcE are required to take the Engineering Qualifying Exam (EQE) before they can proceed to next year level.
The EQE is administered by the College of Engineering. The results will be released after 5 working days.
The student may PASS the EQE if he/she got a Score of 70 and above.
The student will be placed on PROBATIONARY STATUS if he/she obtained a score of 69 and below in the Test.
A student who is placed on the Probationary Status should submit a LETTER OF RECONSIDERATION.
During the probationary period, the student must have a grade of 2.0 and above in the following subjects; (1) Differential Equation or Statics of Rigid Bodies, and (2) Advanced Engineering Mathematics.
